Welcome to this gloriously human place we call Substack, ladies! I hope your nervous systems are able to heal from all the capitalist garbage you’re escaping from.

I love the sound all of this, but for the love of all things with Ranch dressing, don’t bring hashtags here. That’s not a thing here and we’d like to keep it that way. I don’t want to see people escape here only to make this the new “Meta.” 🫶

I agree 100 percent. Enough is enough. Meta/Facebook has messed with my account for years,, and the only people I ever heard from were hucksters and snake oil peddlers disguised as "marketers." Then I learned they used pirated copies of my books to train their AI without my permission or knowledge.

A terrific idea! I have had some terrible experiences with meta. I would dearly love to abandon insta and FB but feel a silent and unspoken pressure from the publishing industry to stay
